Starting in the early hours of today, Russia fired dozens of missiles against the infrastructure and settlements in the Khmelnytskyi region of Ukraine. Three people, including a two-year-old, were killed in the severe attack. The missiles left 15,000 people without electricity and put trams and trolleybuses out of service.
