Russia sets up public screens for war propoganda in eastern Ukraine

Russia conducts public propaganda activities in the Russian-controlled cities of Mariupol and Volnovakha in Donetsk. Russian propaganda began with big mobile screens and various methods. Electricity, water, and basic needs are still unmet in cities where life has come to a halt.

The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations sent mobile screens to two cities where communication with the outside world has nearly lost. Ukrainians began to hear about the war through these screens as Russian news channels were opened on screens that were set up in city squares and neighborhoods. According to the Ministry, this application provided Ukrainians with “correct information.”
