Russia Strikes Cargo Ships in Black Sea

The Russian Defense Ministry announced it has struck two Ukrainian-flagged cargo vessels carrying military equipment in the Black Sea. According to the ministry’s statement, Russian forces also targeted fuel storage facilities at the Chornomorsk port designed to supply the Ukrainian army. Additionally, an electrical substation in the Kharkiv region was hit during the recent attacks. These incidents highlight the severe, ongoing security risks to maritime traffic in the region as the conflict continues.
