Three people died and 29 people were injured in Russian forces’ attack on an apartment building in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Two children were among the injured and 4 of the injured were in serious condition, said authorities.
“This Russian terrorism through guided bombs must and can be stopped. We need strong decisions from our partners to stop Russian soldiers and Russian planes where they are,” said Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensk on his social media.
