In a significant air assault, Russia targeted residential areas and energy facilities in Ukraine, resulting in injuries to three people. Ukraine’s air force reported shooting down 39 out of 55 missiles and 20 out of 21 UAVs launched by Russia. Minister of Energy German Galushenko highlighted that energy facilities in several regions were among the targets. Ukrainian Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko confirmed injuries in the Kiev and Kirovohrad regions and detailed extensive damage to various infrastructure. The attacks led to power outages, and Lviv Regional Governor Maksim Kozitskiy noted an assault on a natural gas storage facility.
