On May 7, he Russian army has launched a new attack on the Ukrainian port city of Odessa. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine released a video image regarding the attack. “According to the report received at 02:29 pm today, a fire broke out as a result of the rocket attacks. The fire, which spread over an area of 900 square meters, was brought under control. The incident was intervened with 12 technical vehicles and 61 personnel,” Emergency Service said in their statement. The Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine Joint Coordination Press Center Head Natalia Humeniuk announced that 6 rocket attacks were carried out against Odessa. Humeniuk told that 4 of the rockets were hit civilian areas and factories and a fire broke out as a result of the attack, and 2 rockets hit the airport. She stated that the number of dead and injured hasn’t been clarified yet.
