russian filmmakers land back on earth after 12-day shoot on ISS

The Soyuz space capsule carrying cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky, actress Yulia Peresild, and film director Klim Shipenko returned safely to Kazakhstan’s steppes after a twelve-day mission to make the first feature film in orbit at the International Space Station.

After the landing of the capsule, 200 personnel, 12 Mi-8 type helicopters, 3 AN-12 and 3 AN-26 type aircraft, 5 amphibious search and evacuation vehicles were present in the area. The film crew will undergo medical examination.
