Russian made plane belonging to Assad regime lands at Syrian city Qamishli

A Russian-made SYRIYAN cargo plane belonging to Assad regime landed at the airport in the Syrian city of Qamishli on Monday evening. It is not known what the Russian-made Ilyushin Il-76T model cargo plane carries, which is estimated to have taken off from Damascus. The cargo plane could not approach the control tower after landing at the airport as its wings are 80 meters long. The plane, which could only stop on the runway about one kilometer away from the building, was viewed from Nusaybin, Turkey.

The plane is thought to be transporting military supplies to Russian troops present in the area.
