At least 20 killed and at least 73 injured in a missile attack carried out by Russia that hit an apartment building in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro. Regional Governor Valentyn Reznichenko reported that more than 40 people were hospitalized and 4 of them were in serious condition. Rescue teams are working on the incident.
“We are fighting for every person, every life,” said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
