The Investigative Committee of Russia published the moments when Ukrainian prisoners boarded the crashed military transport plane, which crashed in the Belgorod region last Wednesday.
Concluding that the plane, which 74 people boarded in total, was shot down by an anti-aircraft missile detected to come from Ukrainia, the committee stated they were holding Ukraine responsible.
