Russia carried out a rocket attack on Ukraine’s Odessa this morning, hitting a civil infrastructure object. According to Oleh Kiper, Head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, at least four men were injured.
The Ukraine-Russia conflict began on February 24, 2022, when Russian troops entered Ukrainian territory.
