He confirmed Ukraine’s failed counter-attacks and significant losses since the conflict escalated on June 4, with 26,000 soldiers and over 3,000 pieces of military equipment destroyed. The destroyed arsenal includes aircraft, helicopters, tanks, special military vehicles, air defense systems, multiple rocket launchers, HIMARS rockets, Storm Shadow missiles, and unmanned aerial vehicles, according to the statement.
