“Sabotage on Gas Pipeline Prevented”, Russia says

Russia’s Federal Security Service stated that the planned sabotage by the Ukrainian secret services to the South Stream pipeline, which transmits natural gas to Turkey and Europe, was prevented. In the statement, “We prevented the sabotage and terrorist act that the Ukrainian secret services planned to organize on the South Stream pipeline, which is used to transfer energy resources to Turkey and Europe. With the operation, Russian citizens who helped to prepare and finance the terrorist act were captured.”

The arrested individuals are being prosecuted in court, according to reports.
