School Bus Crash Kills 14 Students In South Africa

At least 14 students were killed and three others injured after a school bus collided head-on with a truck in Gauteng province, South Africa. The crash occurred in Vanderbijlpark, southwest of Johannesburg, when the bus attempted to overtake vehicles on its way to a private school. President Cyril Ramaphosa expressed deep sorrow, saying, “Our children are the most valuable asset of our nation,” and announced psychosocial support for affected families.
