A school bus carrying students to a graduation celebration plunged off a cliff in northern Colombia, killing 17 people and injuring 20 others.
The crash occurred near Remedios as students from a high school in Medellín were returning from an event in Tolu, Sucre. Authorities said the dead include the driver and 16 students.
Victims’ bodies were flown to Medellín, where a candlelight vigil was held in the town of Bello to honor those killed.
