seven merchant ships burned after catching fire in southern iranian port

Seven merchant ships caught fire in the port of Nakl Taghi in Aseluye city of Bushehr Province in Southern Iran. Bushehr Governorship Crisis Management General Director Jahangir Dehgani said, “7 merchant ships were completely burned in the fire that broke out at Nakl Taghi Port at around 03.30 am.”

The fire crews separated the burning ships from the others to prevent the fire from spreading to others in the port, Dehgani stated. No casualty was reported as the ships were empty during the incident, and an investigation is underway regarding the incident. The fire was extinguished after long efforts.
