A fierce storm struck St. Petersburg, Russia, bringing 27 km/h winds and turning the city into chaos. One person died after being trapped under a fallen tree, and a crane toppled at a construction site on Bolshevik Boulevard. The storm also tore roofs off buildings and halted flights at Pulkovo Airport.
