A ship sailing in the Black Sea drifted after its tow line snapped due to the storm while it was being towed off the coast of Çatalca. The commercial vessel ran aground on Çilingöz Beach. Following reports of the incident, teams from the Coast Guard and the General Directorate of Coastal Safety were dispatched to the area.
Operations by the teams in the region are ongoing.
