Shooting Outside Serbian Parliament Leaves One Injured

An armed man opened fire near tents set up by pro-government protesters outside Serbia’s parliament in Belgrade, seriously injuring one person.

President Aleksandar Vucic called the incident a “terrorist attack,” identifying the suspect as 69-year-old Vladan Andjelkovic. The attacker also set a tent on fire before being detained.

Health Minister Zlatibor Loncar said the victim remains in critical condition and described the assault as politically motivated.
