Six injured in Russian shelling of Kyiv

As the Russia-Ukraine War continues on its 64th day, the Russian army targeted Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, while the United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Antonio Guterres was visiting. It was stated that one of the missiles hit the ground floor of a civilian building in the attack, and 6 people were injured in the attack.

Anton Gerashchenko, Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, said in a statement, “The Russians targeted the civilian settlement area in Kiev with a cruise missile fired from Crimea. As a result of the attack, the number of injured increased to 6. The engine of the missile will be delivered to our experts for investigations.”
