Aeropark A-22 type small aircraft flying over the Ruza rural region of Moscow, the capital of Russia, crashed near the village of Vatulino after losing altitude during the flight. The pilot and passenger on the plane died. 34 people and 12 rescue vehicles affiliated to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia were dispatched to the region.
The Moscow District Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into the accident, while the cause of the crash is not yet known.
