Eight people were killed after a small plane crashed into a vacant two-story building shortly after takeoff near Milan, Italy. Smoke rising from incident area filled the sky after the crash, where some cars also caught fire. Two of the deceased were crew members, and no one wounded, police reported. Investigators launched a probe into the crashed plane en route to Italian island of Sardinia.
