The Russian army targeted Ukraine’s Mikolaiv with 10 rockets, and two university buildings were struck in the attack, the Governor Vitaliy Kim announced. Kim said, “Today, Russian terrorists attacked the two biggest universities in Mikolaiv. Now they are attacking our education.”
CCTV in the area showed smoke rising from the damaged building after the attack.
