South Korea Floods Kill 18, Nine Still Missing

Heavy rains in central South Korea have triggered floods and landslides, raising the death toll to 18. Nine people remain missing. Over 14,000 residents have been evacuated, and nearly 4,200 public and private structures were damaged. Transport and power were disrupted across Chungcheong and Gyeonggi provinces.
