SpaceX sends 54 more Starlink satellites into orbit

SpaceX, the space transportation company owned by US businessman Elon Musk, sent 54 more Starlink satellites into orbit. A Falcon-9 rocket that is carrying the internet satellites was successfully launched at 04:35 local time from Cape Canaveral Space Force Base in Florida.

Gaining access to the permission to send satellites to different orbits with the new license it has received, SpaceX will provide faster internet connection to regions where high numbers of subscribers located thanks to the recently launched satellites.

The Falcon-9’s first-stage booster will land on an “unmanned platform” on ocean surface.
