British Prime Minister Keir Starmer paid an official visit to Italy yesterday. The two discussed their aim of tackling human trafficking gangs to combat illegal immigration during their meeting in Rome.
“I am completely focused on what I think is the most deterrent and effective way to deal with illegal immigration, and that is to dismantle the gangs that run this vile trade,” Starmer said.
“The first thing we need to do is intensify the fight against human trafficking and we agree with Prime Minister Starmer to combine our efforts in this direction,” Meloni said.
