Storm Ciaran Kills At least 10 Across Europe

As a result of Storm Ciaran, which was effective in Europe, Three people died in Italy, two in France, two in Belgium, one in the Netherlands, one in Spain, and one in Germany. Apart from the people who lost their lives, three people disappeared in Tuscany and one in the Veneto region of Italy.

Streets and avenues were flooded in different regions of Italy, especially in Tuscany, and parked vehicles were trapped in flood waters. Train services were stopped, and transportation disruptions occurred. Hospitals in the cities of Pisa and Mugello were flooded. The storm also paralyzed life in the south of England due to winds reaching 135 kilometers per hour, and education was suspended in hundreds of schools.
