People noticed the cat that climbed to the top of a 15-meter billboard sign belonging to a factory in the area, and notified the authorities about the situation. The local firefighters arrived the scene upon the notice of the citizens. The teams climbed up to the advertising sign and rescued the cat. The cat was released to its natural habitat.
