Başkonuş Plateau, located 55 kilometers from Kahramanmaraş city center and open to visitors in all seasons, has become the new route of ecotourism due to its rich biodiversity.
“I am a geography teacher and I am happy to see such places due to my field. If the road was a little closer, I would like to spend every weekend here. I definitely want to see it in the winter season,” says a visitor.
The area offers horse riding, picnicking, hiking, cycling and other sports and entertainment activities, and accommodation options include bungalow houses, tent camping and caravan camping.
