The long-submerged Taşhan Neighborhood in Kayseri’s Kocasinan district has reappeared after 21 years as water levels in the Yamula Dam receded due to summer heat. The neighborhood, which was submerged when the dam began holding water in 2003, has now resurfaced, revealing the ruins of historical houses. The newly visible remains have been captured in striking aerial photographs, creating a picturesque scene of the once-lost neighborhood.
