The Florida coast guard was alerted when a young man, who had ventured out to sea in a three-meter boat on Friday, failed to return. An HC-130 Hercules aircraft was deployed for a search and rescue operation. On Saturday morning, they discovered the young man being dragged along by a partially submerged boat in the Atlantic Ocean.
A rescue team was immediately dispatched to his location. According to the U.S. Coast Guard’s statement, the rescued teenager, despite being adrift for 35 hours, was found to be in good health.
