As the temperature exceeded 45 degrees Celsius, the Turkish tourist city of Antalya is experiencing one of the hottest days of August so far.
“I came to Antalya for vacation. The temperature felt in Antalya is 45–50 degrees, but the weather is still very nice. I am having a great vacation. The sea is beautiful, I can say that the sea water in Konyaaltı is nowhere else,” said Ahmet Gökgöz, a visitor.
Authorities say that air temperatures will increase nationwide starting from today.
