Ten Died and 29 Went Missing after Floods in China

Heavy rains and floods that occurred in southwestern China’s Sichuan province on Saturday night caused the death of 10 people and injured 15 others. Authorities reported 29 people were still missing and launched a search and rescue operations.

Twenty vehicles fell into the Jinqian River in Shangluo city and 15 people died as the bridge over it collapsed due to overflowing on Friday.
