Thirteen Cartel Members Killed in Clash with Security Forces in Mexico

Thirteen drug cartel members were killed in a shootout with security forces in Sinaloa, Mexico. Authorities said the clash erupted when gang members opened fire on patrols in Guasave. Four suspects were detained, nine hostages rescued, and several weapons and vehicles seized.
