Faruk Fatih Özer, the fugitive founder of Thodex crypto currency that was searched for fraud, got arrested in Vlora, Albania. Özer was accused of stealing millions of dollars from Turkish investors.
He was first recorded handing his passport to a receptionist of a hotel in Tiran on April 20th.
