In Georgia, the ruling Georgian Dream Party held a rally ahead of the second round of municipal elections. Thousands attended the rally in the capital Tbilisi to support the ruling Georgian Dream party on the second round of elections that will be held on October 30.
The municipal elections were held on October 2, however none of the mayoral candidates received more than 50 percent of the votes in 20 cities including some large ones. In the first round, The Georgian Dream won in 44 out of 64 municipalities.
