Imam Shafii Napakorn delivered a unifying sermon, emphasizing that standing shoulder-to-shoulder with people of diverse nationalities is a powerful display of global brotherhood. Similar massive gatherings took place in Thailand’s southern provinces near the Malaysian border, where the majority of the country’s Muslim minority resides.
