The tornado off the Eastern Black Sea coast was documented by vigilant citizens using their mobile phones. One individual, positioned on the Fındıklı district beach, promptly recorded the offshore tornado with their mobile device. Remarkably, the tornado dissipated after a mere 4 minutes.
