Train Derailment in Russia’s Komi Republic Kills 3

A passenger train derailment in Russia’s Komi Republic has resulted in three fatalities. The train, traveling from Vorkuta to Novorossiysk, derailed, with nine carriages off the tracks and 232 passengers on board. The Russian Investigation Committee confirmed finding the bodies of three victims and stated that heavy rain likely caused soil under the rails to shift. Additionally, 50 people were reported injured in the incident
