US President Donald Trump has arrived in Saudi Arabia, the first stop of his three-day Middle East tour, which also includes Qatar and the UAE. He was welcomed in Riyadh by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Trump and the Crown Prince held a brief meeting at the airport, joined by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Talks during the visit will cover Syria, Gaza, Israel relations, Iran’s nuclear program, investment, and regional security.
Trump is also set to meet Gulf Cooperation Council leaders and attend the Saudi-US Investment Forum. He is accompanied by senior officials, including the secretaries of state, defense, and treasury.
