US President Donald Trump said he canceled his upcoming meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Hungary, citing a lack of diplomatic progress on Ukraine.
“It didn’t feel right to me,” Trump said, adding that talks with Putin “go nowhere.” The decision follows new US sanctions on Russian oil exports. Both Washington and Moscow confirmed no new date has been set for the summit.
