US President Donald Trump said Israel’s war in Gaza “absolutely has to end,” predicting a “definitive conclusion in the next two to three weeks.” He spoke after meeting South Korean leader Lee Jae Myung at the White House.
Trump also urged Russian and Ukrainian leaders to meet directly, calling their war “a drone war unlike any before,” and warned of “serious consequences” if peace efforts fail. He expressed willingness to mediate but said the conflict must first be addressed between Moscow and Kyiv.
On North Korea, Trump signaled openness to meeting Kim Jong-un this year, recalling their past talks and stressing dialogue for peace on the Korean Peninsula.
