Trump Signals Possible Strike on Iran Over Nuclear Standoff

Former US President Donald Trump warned that military action against Iran is possible if a nuclear deal cannot be reached, adding, “Israel will be very actively involved.” Trump stressed that Iran must not obtain nuclear weapons and said the US would act independently if needed.

He also criticized US troop spending in Europe and South Korea, suggesting potential reductions. On trade, Trump defended his tariff policies, particularly against China, calling them necessary to fix an imbalanced system. He said many countries, including China and EU members, are now seeking trade deals with the US.

Trump claimed these measures have led to major investments in the US, citing a $300 billion chip factory and a $500 billion Apple project as examples.
