Trump Warns Russia of Unspecified Action Amid Ukraine Strikes

Former US President Donald Trump said he would wait “a week” before deciding on new sanctions against Russia, warning, “It will not be pleasant… some things will happen.”

Speaking alongside Norwegian PM Jonas Gahr Støre, Trump criticized Russia’s latest missile strikes on Kyiv, saying peace talks were underway but “missiles were fired.”

Trump claimed the Ukraine war would not have started under his presidency and described Russia not occupying all of Ukraine as “a big concession.”

On Iran, he said nuclear talks were progressing and warned there are “only two options,” with one being “not good.” He also criticized Biden’s trade policies, claiming the US had been losing billions daily.
