Turkish House in NYC viewed before opening ceremony

The 171-meter-high Turkish House (Türkevi) located in the Manhattan district of New York, USA, was viewed before the official opening. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who came to New York for the 76th General Assembly of the United Nations (UN), will initiate the opening ceremony of Turkish House today. The building has motifs from Ottoman and Seljuk architecture, and it is located right across the United Nations building. The opening of the Turkish House was delayed due to the pandemic.
