Turkish Imam Goes Missing in Duisburg, Germany

It was reported that Fatih Eryılmaz, the imam who has been working at the Eyüp Sultan Mosque affiliated with the Turkish Islamic Union of Religious Affairs (DİTİB) in Duisburg, Germany, for about 2 months, went missing on November 6. Upon the disappearance of the imam, who was last seen in the parking lot of a market, police initiated search efforts.

Eryılmaz opened the mosque but was not there at the mosque during prayer time on the morning of November 6, said a witness.
