Ünal Çınar, a retired electronics engineer from Izmir province of Türkiye, has spent 25 years collecting over 3,000 cologne bottles from around the world. His impressive collection, housed in a 100-year-old building in Konak district, includes rare colognes dating back to 1886. Çınar’s collection, featuring bottles shaped like guns, cars, and cartoon characters, offers a unique historical glimpse into the world of cologne. Despite financial challenges, Çınar hopes to open a cologne museum to showcase his lifelong passion, and he is currently seeking support for the project.
