Turkish Minister Visits Heydar Aliyev’s Grave and Turkish Martyrs’ Cemeteries in Baku

Turkish Justice Minister Yilmaz Tunç, who went to Azerbaijan for various meetings, visited the grave of Heydar Aliyev and the Azerbaijani and Turkish martyrs’ cemeteries in Baku. The Turkish minister, who laid flowers at the grave of the late leader of Azerbaijan, Aliyev, and the martyrs’ cemeteries and observed a moment of silence, delivered a speech.

“Our dear martyrs, I am honored to be in your spiritual presence to remember the heroism you displayed for the independence of brotherly Azerbaijan. The Caucasus Islamic Army, established for the purpose of military assistance to Azerbaijan and commanded by Nuri Pasha, achieved great success as a result of many military operations it carried out in Azerbaijan. Many of our sons have reached the rank of martyrdom as a result of the heroism they displayed on this path. The victories you have won have a unique place in our hearts and have eternalized the bond of brotherhood between our brotherly Azerbaijan and our country. With the understanding of one nation, two states, our relations with Azerbaijan have reached the level of alliance. The power of Türkiye is the power of Azerbaijan, and the power of Azerbaijan is the power of Türkiye. I remember once again with gratitude and appreciation the honorable struggle you have displayed and respectfully commemorate your precious memory. I pray to God for mercy on the martyrs of Türkiye and Azerbaijan. May your souls rest in peace.” said the Turkish minister.
