The Turkish troops help to ensure civilian safety during the FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Apart from Turkey, the armed forces from the United States, England, Italy, France, and Pakistan will contribute to the organization’s safety following Qatar’s request for the formation of a United Joint Mission Force as part of “Operation World Cup Shield.”
The coordination center manages the Combined Joint Task Force, which was established to ensure the organization’s security.
