Türkiye receives 100 tons of humanitarian aid from Mexico

Following the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, which caused widespread devastation in ten provinces, Mexico provided additional assistance to Türkiye. The plane carrying 100 tons of aid materials gathered in Mexico took off from Felipe Angeles International Airport on its way to Adana akirpaşa Airport.

“This humanitarian aid to the population affected by the devastating earthquakes that occurred in our ally Türkiye last week is the solidarity response of the Mexicans to the call of the Mexican government and the Turkish Embassy in our country,” the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs explained in a statement.

The humanitarian aid kits reportedly contained different foods, clothing, blankets, mats, tents, lights, medical supplies, and personal hygiene products.
